Beatrix is Solomon's first apprentice and a highly talented, if a bit unbalanced educationally, young practitioner. She is also an important member of the crisis unit.
Bea is a lot more friendly with her than Solomon would like, a lot more than she really should be. She only knows three actual real practitioners though, and she can’t really pass up on the chance to learn, especially since Dhriti seems to get a kick out of teaching her the sort of things Solomon wont.
She was gifted her an artifact that allows her to do powerful energy manipulation spells at will. In accordance with her patron, she likes to manifest lightening. Solomon is not a fan of any of this.
Knows more of the violent and showy (but overall less useful) magic than she does of the fundamental academic sort that is usually known by apprentices of her level. Solomon really does not like this, but Gordias has slipped their slimy hands into his teaching regimen and there's not much he can do. He also intentionally avoids teaching some things that he'd rather Gordias not know about.
Her patron is Furcifer the Tempest, the god of ferality. Usually appears as an immense fanged peryton enveloped in storm clouds, with antlers of lightening. She has a particularly close and kind of strange relationship with her figment.
Has a peregrine falcon familiar that is unusually antagonistic towards her.
